Hello,

Currently we have drivers on salary working 40 hours/week. Im interested in looking to switch from this model to a piece work model. I have never implemented such a system and I am wondering on the pros and cons of doing this along with any advice anyone can give me.

I would provide the truck, the parking location (my yard I have several locations) and I would do the maintenance. Drivers would be paid based on how many drop offs they would do.

Any advice would be very welcomed.
