My E-Class is clunking over speed bumps, any idea what it could be?

So I've got a 2017 E-Class that's been absolutely flawless up until about a month ago, and now I've got this really annoying clunking noise coming from the front end every time I go over speed bumps or those nasty potholes we seem to have popping up everywhere. It's not super loud but it's definitely noticeable, and I can also feel a bit of a vibration through the steering wheel at certain speeds which is starting to worry me. I had a quick look underneath but honestly I don't really know what I'm looking for, everything seems intact from what I can see but I'm no mechanic. I've read online that these cars can have issues with the front control arm bushings or the sway bar links wearing out, but I've also seen people mention the air suspension struts can develop problems as they age. I really don't want to take it to just any garage because I've heard too many stories about places misdiagnosing suspension issues and charging a fortune for parts that weren't even needed. I know skilled technicians handle Mercedes suspension repair in Dubai at some of the specialist workshops, and I'd much rather go somewhere that actually knows these cars properly rather than a general garage that might not have the right diagnostic equipment. Has anyone else had similar clunking issues on their E-Class and figured out what it was? I'd really appreciate some advice before I start calling around for quotes.
